Leah in a life jacket

My wife took my two daughters to California last week to visit some family. During their stay, they went to a lake and did some wakeboarding, tubing, swimming, and etc. For the boat ride over to the preferred beach, the kids were required to wear a life jacket. I'm not sure they make life jackets for 3-month old babies, as is seen in this photo.
