I had some fun today! I got to lay my first tile ever. Mark and Marcie are in the process of re-doing their kitchen and needed a new backsplash. I'd never done any tile work, so I volunteered to come over and help/learn. Here is the finished product. We only did one of the two walls. Maybe we'll finish next week.

I think I remember you doing that tile job. Wasn't this the trip that you went with Mike? And didn't this start the whole courtship thing?
Ahh, wonderful tile.
It does look good and now I wish I had flat countertops so I could put up a tile backsplash.
