Progress on Family Room

Here's a progression of the work we've done in our family room recently. The bookshelves are framed in and we'll enlist the help of Dad to actually build them. I had to frame around some pipes on one of the wall. It turned out pretty well, I think. That little framing effort still saved us a bunch of room compared to what was originally there.

I finished texturing the ceiling last night and unless I see some glaring errors, I think I'm done with all mudding! I will still do some light sanding with a wet sponge to minimize the dust. Hopefully we're on the right track and nearly ready for primer and paint.
