We've had four good solid snow storms this year in the Salt Lake Valley. And it's been cold between those storms. So our back deck (a place that never sees action or sunlight during the winter) just keeps compiling snow. I secretly hope that it'll be so much weight that the deck will fall apart and off the house so I can justify building a new one this spring. Anyway, I took these pictures of the snow. We currently have 16 inches of snow on the deck. The metal you see here is a 2-foot square sitting in the snow. This is my attempt to not fabricate just how much snow we really have (it's very easy to say "I've got two feet of snow in my backyard!" when in reality it's not even a foot and a half).
