Ready to dye their eggs...
Leah didn't understand the part about being careful with eggs. She cracked all but one of hers. I bought a different kind of dye this year. You use a sponge to put it on and I liked it because it seemed like the girls could be more involved in the coloring process than they are with the traditional egg dye. Unfortunately, it was REALLY messy!

We were so sad you couldn't come up on Easter -- we loved having Abby and Jess, but I was sad that you (Jen), Leah and Lauren were all sick. I didn't even think about sending home food with Jess - duh! We had so much left over. He should have reminded me and asked for some because my old brain cells just don't always function. I'm glad the girls had some fun anyway, despite being sick. Are you all better now?

I love the bedhead! So glad to see your girls get great bedhead in the morning. Sarah's is out of control!! Jake also cracked most of our eggs, but oh well. We had fun dyeing and making messes too.
I'm sad you were sick too. We loved dying eggs and Isaac and Will cracked most of ours as well.
Your table looks like ours did...covered in newspaper in hopes of keeping the mess to a minimum. Doesn't always work, but helps. :)
